Terms of Service

The rules for using Lumioh. These terms apply unless superseded by a signed agreement.

Acceptance of terms

  • By creating a workspace or using Lumioh, you agree to these Terms.
  • You must have authority to bind your organization and be of legal age to contract.

Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for account security and ensuring authorized users only.
  • We may suspend access for suspected abuse, security risk, or unpaid fees.

Plans, billing, and limits

  • Plans are billed per active seat per month in AUD unless otherwise stated.
  • Each plan has hard limits for storage, AI credits, and API calls; usage upgrades or plan changes are required to go beyond them.
  • Downgrades take effect next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Acceptable use

  • No illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. No attempts to disrupt or probe the service.
  • AI features must not be used to generate unlawful content or violate third-party rights.

Intellectual property

  • You own your data. Lumioh retains rights to the service, software, and brand.
  • Feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation.

Data, privacy, and security

  • See the Privacy Policy for details on data use and retention.
  • We apply encryption, RBAC, and audit logging. Enterprise plans add SSO/SCIM and stronger controls.

Service levels and downtime

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime unless covered by a signed SLA.
  • Planned maintenance will be announced on the status page when possible.

Termination

  • You may cancel at any time; charges continue through the current term.
  • We may terminate for material breach, unlawful use, or non-payment.

Data export and deletion

  • You can request export of your workspace data. We will delete data upon verified request, subject to legal requirements.
  • Backups are retained for disaster recovery and purge on a schedule.

Governing law and disputes

  • Governing law and venue will be specified in the final signed agreement or, absent that, local to Lumioh's principal place of business.
  • If required, disputes will follow an agreed escalation path before litigation.
